2014 Ford GT500

Car

Project Overview

With only 5,000 miles on the odometer, this GT500 arrived in like-new condition but ready for tasteful upgrades. The owner wanted more power without compromising the car’s character, so we installed a Whipple 3.0L supercharger package with supporting fuel and exhaust upgrades. Calibrated in-house on our Mainline Hub Dyno, the result is a GT500 that delivers 696 whp with factory drivability intact.

Engine, Fuel & Drivetrain

The stock setup was replaced with a Whipple 3.0L supercharger upgrade kit, paired with a VMP Boost-a-Pump and Injector Dynamics fuel injectors to ensure proper fueling under boost. Exhaust flow was improved with Stainless Works long-tube headers, while the drivetrain received a Mantic triple-disc clutch to handle the added torque. Calibration was completed in collaboration with Goodnough Performance, using KTR’s Mainline Hub Dyno.
